This fine art necklace hand sculpted of "Everyday People" faces, each with a unique expression can become part of your community as a reminder of the connection of all people. 24 inches, strung with antique white bone beads, bone hairpipes, and trade bead spacers. A toggle clasp provides a safe, easy fastener.
Each piece of C'est Levy Jewelry is handcrafted individually and porcelain beads are fired to nearly 2300 degrees for strength and durability. Features are pressed into the wet clay using a variety of clay, wood, dental, and kitchen tools.
The beads are then cleaned, drilled, and bisque fired, after which oxides and underglazes are applied before the final firing.
I combine the porcelain beads that I make with beads from all parts of the world, some ancient trade beads or crystals, some made of materials such as wood, horn, shell, clay, bone, metal, or glass.
My hope is for you to have as much fun wearing this jewelry as I have making it.
